Peacefully on Tuesday August 22, 2017, at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton in his 93rd year. Eddie, beloved husband of the late Netta (nee Gardiner). Loving Dad of the late Joan, Edward and his wife Wendy, Elaine and her husband John Luckhardt and Drew. Proud Papa of Scott (Cheryl), Kaitlin (Scott), Shannon (Ralph), Bradie (Bryan), Lacey (Tyler) and Tannille (Matt). Great Papa of Carter, Cayleb, Austin, Kelson, Trent, Ember and Isla. Dear brother of Sarah Gibbons and her husband Ron. Eddie will be fondly remembered by friends and family.

A family graveside service will be held Saturday August 26, 2017 at 11am at Mount Pleasant Cemetery followed by a celebration of Eddie's life from 12 noon - 2pm at the Owen Sound Legion, Branch 6, 1450 2nd Ave West, Owen Sound.

Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
