With family by his side, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, on Monday, October 9th, 2017.  Bing Bowie of Owen Sound, in his 75th year.  Loving father of Randy “Bing Jr” Bowie (Jenn) of Chatsworth, and Rhonda Smith (Brian) of Wasaga Beach.  Dear grandfather of Jordan, Shailynn, and Madisynn.   Brother of Marjorie, Irvin Sr., Christine, and Phyllis.  Bing will be missed by Shirley , his sister-in-law Rosie, and his many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Maurice, his sister Joan, and by his brothers Philip and Leonard.

 Friends will be received on Sunday, October 15th, 2017, from 7-9pm at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710.  A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, October 16th, 2017 at 1:00pm with Rev. David Shearman officiating.  Interment Leith Cemetery.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Grey Bruce or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

The Bowie family would like to thank Dr. Mulroy, Dr. Doelman, and the nursing staff of 4-6 and 6-2 at the Owen Sound Hospital for the care and attention Bing received.
