Bruce Emmett Meecham

Peacefully on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, in his 56th year. Bruce, beloved husband of Maureen McCarrell. Dear step-father of Hope and her husband Jimmie, Larry, and Sharlleen. Beloved son of Ken and Theresa Meecham. Loving brother of Jamie, Patty, Donnie, and Michael. Dear uncle of Michelle, Matthew, Jada, Jaia, Joey, Yolanda, Timmy, Cory, Kristina, and Taylor. Great uncle and dear friend to many. A special thank you to Bruce’s dear friend Louie Gavaris for all his help through Bruce’s illness.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered, “Come to me.” A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
