Glenn Christie Forbes

It is with great sadness that the Forbes family announce the peaceful passing of Glenn with family by his side at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in his 61st year.  Dear father of Kyle (Shelby), and Ryan (Emma). Loving partner of Anne Ruppenthal (nee Spencer). Devoted Grampa of Hailey Forbes and special Poppa to 7 shared grandchildren. Loving son of Gladys Forbes. Dear brother of Rhonda Forbes and Sandra Smith.  Glenn will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Predeceased by his father William Forbes and by his sister Brenda.

A Celebration of Forbsy’s life will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 1pm – 5pm in the Centre Bay Room at the Bayshore Community Centre.

Memorial donations to the Sydenham Sportsmen's Association, Owen Sound Animal Shelter or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
