Peacefully at Southampton Care Centre on Friday, November 24, 2017. Marjorie Laviolette at the age of 78 years. Loving wife and best friend of the late Norman Laviolette (2000). Dear mother of Laura Laviolette (Dean) and Chuck Laviolette (Lisa). Cherished grandmother to Sarah and Laura Town, Peter Laviolette and Great Grandmother to Ava.

She is also survived by her sister Barbara Hoard (Florida).

Predeceased by her brother Arthur Berry and beloved grandson Kale Laviolette.

Marjorie was a long-time RBW Graphics employee who will be remembered for her unconditional love for family and for the many friendships she and Norman built through their involvement with minor and old timers hockey, cross country skiing, golf, dancing, music, winters spent in Texas and summers spent between Carson's Camp and  their life-long dream residence on Georgian Bay.

Friends will be received on Thursday, November 30th, 2017 at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710 from 1:00pm until the time of the memorial service at 2:00pm with Rev. David Shearman officiating.  Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
