Peacefully, surrounded by her family on July 10th, 2018 at Lee Manor, Owen Sound in her 83rd year.  Joan, beloved wife of the late William.  Loving Mom of Judy and her husband Brent Baker, Brenda and her husband Ken Beaney, Bob Blackburn and his wife Joanne, Dan Blackburn and his wife Shelley, Jeff Laws and his wife Rhonda, and Mike Laws and his wife Holly.  Proud Grandma of Julie, John, Sandra, Stephanie, Steven, Danielle, Mike, Bobby, Cory, Brittany, Thea, Adam, Steven, Nicole, Sarah, and Jessica.  Great Grandma of 23 and Great Great Grandma of 2. Dear sister of Bev Cohen and his wife Elaine, Jim Cohen, Amy Walsh, and Rose McLean and her husband Doug.

Friends will be received on Friday, July 13th, 2018 from 11:00am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710.
