Peacefully, at his home, with family by his side on Friday, March 22, 2024 in his 64th year. Cecil, loving partner and best friend of Agnes Scott. Beloved father of Kelly (David). Loving Pappy of McKade. Dear brother of Betty and her husband Nick, Mary (Murry), Linda, and Art. Predeceased by his parents Seth and Marion Rawn. Cec will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
