Gladys Louise (Courtney) Whitlock

Peacefully, with family by her side on Monday, June 26th, 2023 at Summit Place, Owen Sound in her 85th year.  Louise, beloved wife of Jack Whitlock, and the late Fred Osborne. Loving mother of Patricia and her husband David Hulsebosch, Bernice and her late husband Brian Hallonquist, Barbara and her late husband Stewart Schweier, Brad Osborne, Sharon Pearson and her husband Steve Tolton, Penny and her husband Jim Belrose, and Ronda Whitlock. Proud Grandma of Shawn (Amanda), Vincent (Kayla), Travis (Meghan), Whitney (Sean), Rena (Aron), and Thomas (Jacqueline). Great Grandma of Hallie, Evan, Alaina, Audrina, Kalvin, Jack, and Eleanor. Dear Aunt of Candice Mason and her daughter Courtney. Predeceased by her parents Lorne and Gladys (nee Arnem), her sister Gladys Browning, and her brothers Fred Courtney, Delbert Courtney, and Lorne Courtney. 

Friends will be received on Wednesday, June 28th, 2023 from 7pm – 9pm at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home’s chapel at 11:00am on Thursday, June 29th, 2023.

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
