Ivan James Russell

Peacefully, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 90 years of age.  Ivan, beloved husband of the late Maxine (nee Parliament).  Loving father of Brenda and her husband Colin Craig, Dianne and her husband Larry Stuck, and Janice Brown all of Owen Sound. Proud Grandfather of Adam Craig (Melissa), Shannon (Jeff Akemann), and Christopher Brown; and Great Grandfather of Ryan and Lillyanna Akemann. Dear brother of Ken (Donna), and Lois Sewell.  Ivan will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings Don, Burton, Maurice, Walter, Elmer, Ernie, Verna Littlejohns, Mae Breadner, and Jane Johnston.

Friends will be received on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 1pm until the time of the memorial service at 2pm at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710.  Spring interment Markdale Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Diabetes Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Chapman House Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
