James Roger Jamieson

James Roger Jamieson (Roger) 78, died peacefully with family by his side at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.

Roger is survived by his loving wife Jane, and was a wonderful father to Kim, Karen, Kevin and Kirk and stepfather to Heather and Sean.  He was the much loved grandpa of Tasha, Eric, Crystal, Travis, Grace, Spencer, Courtney, Griffin, Parker, Ireland.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Andrew Kuhl and all of the ICU staff at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound for their incredible care and compassion.

Roger was very proud of his dedicated career as an RN. The family is grateful to have so many great memories, almost all of which involve humour and laughter.

A private celebration of Roger’s life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations made to the Owen Soud Hospital Foundation or the Optimist Club of Sydenham and District would be greatly appreciated.
