Rosemary Marlene Tuckey

In loving memory of Rosemary Marlene Tuckey. 

Passed away suddenly surrounded by her loved ones, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Tuesday, August 8th, 2023 at the age of 61. Rosemary, loving mother of Ashley and her husband Garrett Whalen, and Jason Soles and his wife Angela. Proud and doting Grandmother of Ayla and Emma Soles, and Noah Whalen. 

Beloved daughter of Mary Tuckey (nee Harris) and the late Robert (Bob) Tuckey. Dear sister of Charlene Moore, Kathleen and her husband Al Stein, Robert Tuckey, Darlene and her husband Bart Foster. Sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, great niece and nephews.

Rosemary was the most beautiful, kind and loving person you could have possibly ever met, she opened up her heart and home to so many over the years. Her fulfilment in life came from helping those in need and spending time with her family. Rosemary treasured her children and embraced every moment with them, and she especially loved her role as Grandma to her three beautiful grandchildren whom meant the world to her. 

Rosemary was the brightest light in everyone’s life, she was the life of the party, singing and dancing anytime she could and always making people laugh which in turn would make her laugh. Her laugh was one of a kind and the most infectious, she was so loved and will be missed deeply by many.

A Celebration of Rosemary’s life will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm with words of remembrance at 2:00pm.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or Asthma Canada would be appreciated by the family.
