Victor Sylvest Obituary

Peacefully, with his family by his side at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Sunday, September 20, 2020. Victor, of Shallow Lake, at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Frieda (nee Kelleher). Loving father of Rhonda (Keith) Playford, Tony (Tara) Sylvest, and Jason (Amanda) Sylvest. Very special Papa to Jordan, Owen, Hayley, Jadyn, and Josh. Dear brother of Russell Sylvest (the late Elizabeth), Cecilia Johnson (the late Len), Sylvia Greig (the late Jack), Adrean Webb (the late Paul), Brad Sylvest (Charlene), Raymond Sylvest (Bonnie), and brother-in-law of Florence Sylvest and Mick Wismer. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Oakley and Florence Sylvest, his sister Mardonna Wismer, his brothers Rodney Sylvest (in infancy), Larry Sylvest and Jim Sylvest, and his mother-in-law Evelyn Kelleher.

A memorial service for Victor will be held at a later date with details to be announced.

Memorial donations to the Rockcliffe Pentecostal Church or the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
