At home in Francis Lake, Ontario, on Thursday, August 11th, 2016, in his 82nd year.  Bernie, loving husband of the late Gloria.  Loving Dad of Kathy and her husband Grant Slater, Jeanette and her husband Doug Dixon, and Bernie Jr.  Proud Granddad of Anthony (Sherry), Shane, Trevor (Melanie), and Cynthia (Scott).  Great Granddad of Morgan, Jaiden, Jensen, Brooklyn, Mya, Lexus, and Natalia. 

Friends will be received on Sunday, August 14th, 2016, from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9pm with a prayer service starting at 6:45pm at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519 376 3710.  A funeral mass will be held on Monday, August 15th, 2016, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 554 15th Street East, Owen Sound, Ontario, 519 376 0778 at 11:00 am.  Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Owen Sound, Ontario.
