Peacefully with family by her side on Wednesday, February 8th, 2017 in her 92nd year.  Eleanor, loving wife of the late Fred.  Beloved mother of Brenda and her husband Herman Posthumus, Sandra Carty, and Brian Carty.  Proud grandmother of Dana (Shane), Scott, Roxanne (Adam), Karen (Tyler), Laura (James), Michael and 8 great grandchildren.  Dear sister-in-law of Tom Wark.

Friends will be received at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710 on Tuesday, February 14th, 2017 from 1:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:00pm with Pastor Harry Zantingh officiating.  Spring Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara.
