Penny, I am so grateful that I met you as a young child, and had the opportunity to call you a friend. You had the biggest heart and your kindness literally shone. Thank you for everything, you will be greatly missed. My condolences to your family on your passing. May their memories be a blessing. Rest well.

Our deepest sympathies to your family. We were so saddened to hear about Freda. We have not seen her since Auntie Ida's funeral, but remember her well. We were able to see Fred before he left us and to attend his funeral. Although we will not be able to attend Freda's funeral, we will be thinking of you. Love and hugs from the Marcy side.

Penny was a bubbling person. I always looked forward to seeing her Saturday mornings. During my time as manager at the market, I found her always willing to lend a hand. I am sure that you will miss her greatly

For many years I spent most Saturdays at the farmers market with my father Harold selling eggs and potatoes. I always remember seeing Penny with a smile on her face each sat selling fish alongside Beth. Not so long ago I ran into her down town and she always spoke and remembered who I was and always asked about my mom and family. My deepest sympathy for your family during this most difficult time.

Howell's Fish Market was such a part of our growing up when we were at the cottage on Island View Drive, My mother, Helen Fielding, spoke often of Penny and how much she liked her. We always enjoyed the stuffed Splake. My condolences to the family on her passing.
